Waking up with loud noises and still being alive, not just being killed- that you're turned into one by the transference of the disease - so it's not just biting, it's blood in the eye or mouth within 20 seconds! eeeee! And it's all about the mindless bludgeoning or shooting of them to kill them, like any normal human being, not any special rules about the head... God, I fucking love them.
