My mother drummed correct posture into me. If your office chairs won't let you sit up straight, that's a huge Health and safety issue. You might have to get feisty. If TPTB get grumbly, you can offer them the choice - but proper ergonomic chairs or pay for a chiropracter for the entire office. :-)
