I used to text posts to LJ anyway, so the length of posts is the same now as then. It's just that when they stopped that I didn't update as often.

I then started updating Twitter online, in much the same way as I did LJ (ie. short-burst posts).

I then found out that i could update both LJ and Facebook from Twitter, so Twitter then became my main gateway posting site.
I was never big on updating Facebook, so I guess I'm updating it more now I do it through Twitter.

I recently found out how to mobile post & that was it really...Dooooomed!
