Camden has suffered from a dodgy reputation in the past - don't know about Wood Green.

£400 a month is good value for those kinds of places - I'm paying £300 pm all in for just a room with access to kitchen etc, which is about as cheap as can be got. Mind you, I am in suburban hell a couple of miles from Heathrow.
