productive mood. sort of.

Have spent a bit of last night and a fair bit of this afternoon discovering how time consuming and difficult it is to make leather gauntlets. Well, wrist/forearm thingies. Most of the time was used up cutting and making holes, which is the difficult part. Now have immense respect for all the people over the centuries (aside from the last two) who had to do this without machines, though I may have to go back to the cobbler to see if I can get another piece of the thick leather so they'll match.

Right. Now just need wood for longbow, arrows and make a quiver. The shoes don't match, but what the fuck. May be forced to watch more Robin of Sherwood again after those three eps I watched last night...
