Eeeeee! Have job! Me start at Virgin Megastore on thursday - had the interview at 10am, then got called at 2 to say I'd got it.

Saw 28 Days Later. Meep. Fucking scary, suspenseful, intelligent and... gah. No apocalypse diseases for me, thankyou. Though they did point out something interesting; if the UK did get a rampant virus, it would be damn easy to quarantine from the rest of the world.

Am dying to see 28 Days Later. Quite pissed that I missed Danny and co. doing a Q&A at the Irish Film Centre the other day. "It's NOT a zombie film, okay folks?!" Yes Danny, we get your point. Yay Zombies! Zombies that run!

Fucking fantastic zombies at that. Waking up with loud noises and still being alive, not just being killed- that you're turned into one by the transference of the disease - so it's not just biting, it's blood in the eye or mouth within 20 seconds! eeeee! And it's all about the mindless bludgeoning or shooting of them to kill them, like any normal human being, not any special rules about the head... God, I fucking love them.
