oh look, jogging
Feb. 27th, 2003 12:22 pmWhich I'm sure you're interested in. Look away now... 31 mins. and got 2 thirds of the way up New Hill, goaded by some bastard who was probably at the start of his run jogging up it fresh as a daisy as I was jogging down it to Mapledurham. I shall ignore the fact that he looked like one of those lads who plays football on a regular basis and thus already very nicely fit.
And, er, also decided to start doing leg bends to lessen owies when doing twist-like moves and dirty dancing at Ascendant. Ten. Ow.
:cough: Bayer Leverkusen scored a goal in the second half last night, making it 3-1. Oi, defense, you're a bloody shambles.
Sugababes CD arrived! :bounce:
Looking at the latest Lotrips RPG, lords of london, and am seriously wondering : What is it with rps and casting Bean as an aristocrat? He's played a grand total of three, if you include Macbeth. And I'm unsure if you can really include Vronsky in Anna Karenina, (the other being an English Lord in Scarlett, the sequel to Gone with the Wind) and you certainly can't count Boromir, as he's a soldier more than anything, and Alec Trevelyan (006) has a posh accent, but he's no aristocrat. Maybe it's the utter bastard factor... Mind you, maybe these count as proper aristocrats to anyone who wasn't raised in the very finely and firmly delineated class system of Britain. Ability to place someone socially in two seconds flat, especially the aristocracy and middle class. :g:
