weekly Smallville musings
Mar. 31st, 2003 11:02 pmOnce again, kill the fake plastic Lana. Though I like Henry Small, the father that bears her absolutely no resemblance.
Kyla - interesting girl, though it was pretty obvious after a bit that she was the Skinwalker. Also not a bad choice for Clark. Intelligent, not freaked out, at not passive aggressive. Oh yeah.
Getting hit with the sledgehammer of not-bothering-to-deny-it how much Clark and Lex fancy each other, plus the amount of comments that're rather obviously relationship-skewed. Loving the Magnificent Bastard, Martha's torn loyalties between job and son's idealism, and Lex's assertion of power and growing into a very savvy businessman with definite ideals and morals.
Basically, aside from the Lana, this was a good ep. Not enough Chloe and Pete, but nicely satisfying.
