burntcopperFucking freezing this morning. Suspect more calories burnt by body shivering in an attempt to keep self warm than actual running. Legs were the attractive shade of red and white that's a symptom of being bloody freezing. Plus bugger all sunshine for the whole route.
Going into town in a bit after the washing's done to get cloth and track down swimsuits and boots. Possibly see film.
