burntcopperJust put on the costume for Psylocke (sans boots and strappy bits) - leotard still hasn't fucking arrived, and the people I ordered it from are chasing the manufacturers to know why it didn't arrive two days ago, so have to improvise with swimming costume and a t-shirt (this swimming costume is starting to get delusions of superhero ninja-like grandeur, considering it was also part of the Black Canary one) and.... :cough:
Someone should inform Jim Lee that he put Psylocke in an eighties aerobics workout outfit when he designed this costume. Because seriously. With the knee-high leg covers, the long gloves and the leotard, *especially* add the red sash round the waist... I look like a cross between Fame and Jamie Lee Curtis in Perfect. Except shorter and not so toned. And without the shameful legwarmers.
Mmm. Blur v. mellow. Just what I need. Shall get back to packing and doing the extraneous bandages and boot covers.
