First ep of the new seasons of Buffy and Smallville showed last night. And of course we won't get to see them for months in Smallville's case, and as I only have terrestrial, frickin' ages before Buffy. Haven't seen all that much of S6 still.

However, looking forward most to Smallville, from the spoilers I've heard. Have seen the pretty, pretty screencaps of Lex... plus first step on the road down. Plus return, on form, of the Magnificent Bastard. (aka Lionel Luthor). You know a character is adored when he gets awarded the title Magnificent Bastard from the very start. Because there's bastards and there's bastards. On this side of the pond you have Suave Bastards, and on the other side you have Magnificent Bastards. The ones with style, sex god status and reluctant admiration from everyone.

Attempting to fill in job application form. Blegh. Not getting anywhere. Why do they have to ask you for an interest in whatever the subject is? I will do the job, do you really give a toss about what I think of your business?

In other news, am poking the essays for It's Been Emotional. Done a 'writing terms' one, got the why them one, now just need to complete the flashpoints one. Brain has stalled and stuffed up with applications.
