Not really done much over the weekend, aside from read fic and watch bits of films - Lawrence of Arabia, which I couldn't finish watching last night as I was falling asleep, Blade 2, which I'm so selling on ebay once the current flood of DVDs on there has died down - wasn't half as good as I remember it, and certain scenes from Beauty and the Beast. Which shall always be lovely and adorable and now I want Lilo and Stitch. Poked various fics. Growled and sighed as they're refusing to co-operate. Discovered Evanesence - they're the ones who play over the Daredevil trailer and they also do the two songs you remember from the Daredevil soundtrack. Mudfetish.com has them available for download. Have already pimped them to megolas.

Saturday, I went out for dinner with Steph and we indulged in HP geekery while waiting for our table - most obscure questions on the books we could think of. Disturbing how many we could get, but Steph is the person who can recite the first paragraph of Philosopher's Stone at the drop of a hat. But I still know more Quidditch players than she does. (quite possibly due to when I used to read lumosnox obsessively when it was still interesting)

Got hit by the urge to write Molly-fic (Books of Magic) then sulked when I realised that John Rey Neiber's already written every aspect of her you could possibly want to cover. (But what about - No. This? Already done. This? Don't tell me you don't remember that heartbreaking little scene.) :pout:

Also have strange little bunny wherein Clark's spaceship got diverted to Gotham City rather than Smallville (the meteors hit Smallville anyway, it's just the spaceship that got blown off course), and the Waynes adopted Clark. So he grew up with Bruce as a big brother. Am not sure what'll happen - if Waynes die or not, whether he's as obsessive as Bruce'll be because of it - but I do know Lex meets Clark. Any ideas?
