Doing the wardrobe clearout, รก la
megolas, by dumping all my clothes from shelves and in draws on my bed. (anything hanging up is fine and used regularly) My drawers are a no man's land of tangled clothing, so I'm going through it, trying on and tossing stuff into various piles - Oxfam, 'maybe', costume, keeping, summer/special occasions, nostalgia (school uniform, etc). And dear god, how many bloody pairs of shorts do I own? Am currently sitting here in an old pair of desert combats, last used for painting some walls by the white paint splodges on them.
Jogging today was 31 mins + the 5 mins of New Hill and beyond. What is it with my fricking right leg? You'd think it would be the left one, as that's the one that tends to get the blisters from trainers when first re-starting jogging.
Went into town to get my legs waxed - hate doing it by myself. Aside from the pain issues and the scary efficiency that is Elaine (who did my massage last time), I have come to the conclusion that those nice, calm, restful rooms with the new age music piping through to further calm you are in fact designed to make you face up to your body issues and shortcomings. Like the fact that my thighs wobble like jelly when being waxed and desperately need to be toned up. They're fine when I'm doing exercise, just not sitting down. Not to mention being berated by Elaine for not exfoliating and moisturising my legs. :whimper: Yes ma'am. Shall start tomorrow.
