Reading the Bobbins, the slightly more reality-based relationship-based a-little-less-crazycomic which features several of the characters from Scary Go Round in earlier years. So. In. Love. With. Bobbins. I personally consider it better than Scary Go Round.

Later am planning to spend afternoon by river, before coming back to watch Empire Strikes Back at 6:45. For nothing shall beat Empire, I tell thee...

Also trying to figure out this disturbing trend that has been me and short skirts for the past week or so. All those who know me know that outside of one costume and school, self has never worn skirts. Very short shorts, the occasional slinky full-length evening dress, sarongs, and trousers have been my thing all my life. Yet suddenly have renounced shorts and spent past week in tiny skirts. Mostly the suede one, with a foray into the new wrap one that I bought in Horsham during Terra Nostra. Maybe the hot weather is getting to me.

Have also had weird bits of latin going through my head, mostly brought on by the fact that I have 'Si hoc legere sis numium eruditonis habes'* stuck to my computer and have for quite some time, it being a terrible in-joke to all those who've had to do latin at school. This led to the whole Monty Python 'Romans Go Home' scene going through my head, which is based on much the same principles. 'But this is motion towards, my son, which makes it...?'
