Just trying to think. Have we ever heard Gunn state if there's any female lust-objects he likes? Specific names, as in famous people?

We've seen on screen exactly what he likes in real life - tall, not overly curvy, sometimes verging on the outright skinny, brunettes if they're white (though apart from Fred, Wes and Gwen, the only other person we've seen him appreciate on the show was the Wolfram and Hart girl, and I'm not sure whether that was just reflexive comments and flirting or what), with big brains.

In terms of male famous people, we've heard him express admiration for Denzel and (I think) Samuel L Jackson, plus we know he watches a lot of films and likes picturing himself in the righteous hero role.

So. Anyone else he's mentioned?

Ah, work. You too can melt your brain doing data entry and analysis. Done rather distractedly, as usual.

Fucking freezing today, but at least it rained. Was rather nicely warm this morning.

Sentinel : Jim goes to see his cousin the coast guard on a remote island to celebrate cousin's birthday. This being the Sentinel, drug barons get involved. But terribly slashy. Oh yes. Jim introduces Blair as his partner, as in 'thought I'd bring him along'. Someone should tell the writers that cops don't tend to bring their work partners along to birthday bashes of immediate family. Not to mention joint presents. We had terribly close body language and touching during the firefight, meaningful looks and more touching and fussing over when the Coast Guard came to get the trussed-up drug cartel. It's rather cute. Especially since it's very obvious that Jim's cousin reckoned they were a couple. Extremely so after Blair took it that Andy (cousin's first mate) was a boy and went 'Oh, so that's why Jennifer didn't work out, huh?' Andy being a girl, it turns out.

Poor ickle Blair, stuck somewhere with no tv, no internet and no books, only books on tape in Mandarin. Bored easily? Blair?
