Nov. 20th, 2003 08:10 pmY'know, I'm seriously glad I picked these characters for nanowrimo. I can be as wordy as I damn well like (always a plus in nanowrimo) and stick it in the mouths of the Council, Wes and some officers and not have it sound out of character!

Plus, I'm going to have a scene where Oz shows up (yes, I pad without shame - plus I never realised how much you can pad with fight scenes. They're my new 'aaargh, word count - hmmm, can I fit a fight scene in here?'. I don't just have to use exposition and lectures any more!) Faith and Wes, badass gypsy guerrilla Slayer and Exploring Officer Watcher Team Supreme know him from before, and I'm probably going with 'Daniel t' Travelling Minstrel and his band'. So, er, how would Faith greet Oz? Because all I've got in my head for comparison is Angel's 'Oz.' and Cordy's 'Oz? Ohmigod, Oz! Oz! Oz!' And somehow I get the feeling that is just not Faith....
And why yes, for those interested, Faith and Wes are shagging like bunnies. Sometime in the future, they will be seducing Sharpe. When I get round to it. Hopefully before the end of November, or it'll be the great missing scene, as I've already written the last-but one scene and already alluded to it. Gah. Whooooops.
