burntcopper: (just be a good boy)
well, finally getting round to putting some of my stuff on ebay - nearly all comics this time, and it's always a tad weird going through my bags of comics (I buy them, I read them, they stay in the bag and get put on the pile - turns out to be a fairly reasonable way of keeping them in decent condition) and putting stuff aside into 'sellable' and 'batman etc'. Sellable tends to be miniseries and maxiseries and Ultimates. One day I'll get round to selling my Batman from the past four years. Would take at least a day to organise the fuckers, though.

Am a tad peeved - half my American Century appears to have disappeared (not getting sold until I can guarantee there'll be graphic novels of the whole series), #1 of Global Frequency has disappeared, which is a bugger, since I can't really sell the whole chunk for as much without it, as has #50 of 100 Bullets. Not such a great loss, since I sell them in chunks when the graphic novels come out. However, am wondering where it's gone since I know I bought it. Reminds me, must track down the latest one of those.

Also poking the Vampires and Monsters theme for Prime, Friday. (other themes include Barbie and Ken, which will almost certainly result in me doing Malibu Barbie or similar - anyone know where that site with all the Barbie images is?) So far, not coming up with much, since I refuse to do vampires, *ever* (it's a principle thing), and prosthetics are not my thing. Also looking for something I can hopefully wear most of the night. So far am coming up with Dark Elf of some sort, the fairies from Labyrinth, the Green Fairy from the absinthe, Medusa and Siren. Also Chav. If that's not a monster I don't know what is.

Am going to watch Producers movie.
