Silly things to discover this week

Matthew McFadyen went to my school. In the year above my brother. Yes, *that* Matthew McFadyen, he of Pride and Prejudice and Spooks. Yes, I'm as shocked as you are. Matthew McFadyen is an oil brat just like me. Most odd.

Dad met up with old oil business acquaintances, they started talking about their kids as parents are wont to do, they got round to their son Matthew, and said 'oh, he's just done Pride and Prejudice'. See my dad boggle.
