booked for Macbeth for tomorrow. And of course, the forecast for tuesday is now heavy rain...
Flat rapidly approaching fuckfuckfuck. The latest 'quite like', which I was supposed to call back by friday, has not been answering her phone at all. I texted on friday (as well as the calls), but no acknowledgement. Everywhere else, not available til sept or beginning of sept. There's a pretty nice place on agar grove that's available now, with big garden, but what it really is is a small studio flat with shared kitchen and bathroom. I just don't know if I can cope with headspace like that. And at teh same time I don't want to have to haul my stuff all the way to Reading and back which it looks like I'm going to have to.
Also this? ... Jesus. I have no words. Besides the fact that photos found on the net in no way constitute 'fair use', there's copyright, the fact that you have to get permission from the model in the photo to use it in any professional capacity if you're the person that *took it* - there's a whole bunch of laws that company is breaking right there without even bringing up the age issue. (not to mention? They're a US company. US laws don't care if you didn't know that the person was underage at the time.) And for added insult to injury, read the company's response to her emailing them objecting.
