Mar. 8th, 2008 10:58 pmBought easter eggs.
Got new mobile. Don't especially like it, but it was the best of the bunch and my handset is nearly two years old and the battery is knackered. Now got to figure out how to get all the stuff over to the new one.
Tentatively trying the concept of yellow in my wardrobe - the yellow t-shirt and vests currently infiltrating bay trading have been calling to me, and the customers said it looked fine. (for those not familiar with my wardrobe - it mostly consists of blue, red, brown, and grey, varying shades of. Other colours make me nervous, since for the past few years high-street fashion has declared my skin tone and hair colour combo persona non grata - if it wasn't blush pinks and washed out greens, it was deep purples, tomato reds and mustards. It'll still take a long while for me to set a foot near anything green.
Walked into Lush to peruse what face mask I'd buy next when my current one's used up, and got into conversation with a young mum who was clearly a newbie, or at least very narrow product range tested. Since she was not aware of bubble bars - she'd come back to the counter with a bunch of bath bombs, and I asked if she'd tried the Ma Bar. And then explained just how much in the way of bubbles it produced. Seeing her 'oooo' face was amusing, to say the least.
