And I'm *over* the half-way mark. Mwhahahaha. the problem is I'm now at the stage where I'm occasionally having to refer back to previous bits to double-check if I did mention something, or whether it was from a different pov so I can change the details

Next bit : the laws (which i need to do a bit more light research on), still got sex scenes(or at least fade to black scenes) of plot, then the revels... and somewhere on the horizon, things like Archenland, squabbles and dealing with integration, and more relationship stuff. Bloody hell. and here I was worried about what would happen if I ran out of shit to write. 90% of this seems to be description inside of people's heads. Half of it would probably get ditched if I was editing it for repetition, but still. Gah. 99.9% world-building, 0.1% action. Getting seriously fucking nostalgic for the Regency Cinderella nano, or the revolutionista nano. Those were nothing *but* action and people doing stuff.

Plus : narnians, will one of you get a normal accent? You're all seemingly determined to be terribly *formal* upper middle-class. The Pevenises talk less formally than you lot. Except for the centaurs and the dwarves. Who're taking their cues from james Earl Jones and the west country/home counties, as they did in the film, respectively. What happened to the cockney Narnians? did they die out with the Beavers?
