Ah, classic appointments of our time...
Jan. 14th, 2009 02:08 pmLeave work at 11:35 for dentist appt @ 12:15 (never underestimate the ability of Camden High st to be jammed). Get there 15 mins early, pop into charity shop next door, come out with ridiculously cute skirt and top. get into dentists @ 12:10.
...Dentist turns out to be running rather late due to a previous appt running over. Wo0t. So that was half the Zorro ST.
See dentist @ 12:50. Dentist sarcastic, funny, tells me I'm basically fine apart from the gum infection, (tooth sensitivity is because some's worn away near two of the roots) and no, I don't have any interesting tumours or even necrosis, but he's quite happy to give me some if I just sit in front of the radiograph long enough over a dentist-approved plan. Go on the Corsodyl for 10 days then switch to Retardex, which is to quote him, vegan and vegetarian friendly, and even suits carnivores. (apparently being on the Corsodyl for longer than that is pointless because it loses it's efficacy after a bit) That's all of 5 mins.
Walk to bus stop on next street. Bus comes within a minute... and then terminates at Euston station. i got on the wrong one and now have to walk from there. Bollocks.
...Finally get back into work @ 1:40.
