Reading highway code in prep for theory test tomorrow. Roused from said reading by Dad on comp downstairs. He was looking at the genealogy sites and found a record of the Penroses going back to 1305, with two generations with no dates listed before that. The bottom entry is a record for the furthest back Dad could get on the Penroses, so he's doing his little dance. Am a tad disturbed to find out the Penroses haunted Falmouth for a while, though.

:g: Thought I was far, far away from any family when I was at college... Plus when people said 'Penrose? Isn't that Cornish?' and I'd go 'Yeah, but nowehre near here and it's distant'. Now I found it is considerably less distant than I thought.
