Yes well most scrambled eggs in hotels in my experience have very little to do with egg and a lot to do with desicated packeted stuff :).
One of the con hotels nearly poisoned me with scrambled egg once: I think they must have forgotten to wash out the cooking canister before they made the eggs because it sure tasted like cleaning liquid to me. And then I had to stand over the serving dish until they took it away before some other poor bugger tried to eat the stuff as well!
