Part 2 - well done, lots of scheming and wives and Seymours and Howards. Plus blood and Sean Bean being crucified. It is good. Rather well-done image for the voiceover at the end - 'This happened to so and so, this happened to so and so', final framing on Elizabeth throwing petals on his casket at the funeral. Think I liked part one a bit better, as they had more time to dwell on the individual characters - though they did survive longer at the beginning :g:. Also interesting was a definite bias and thread through it of 'Anne Boleyn was the one he really loved, haunted him throughout his life, etc.' Well, considering he had longer to get to know her and the others were relatively quick meeting-to-marriage ones...
Watched a bit of Gladiator after, as well as the news (Tony Blair went into hospital with irregular heartbeat) and someone was coughing. I got a coughing fit a bit after and Matt and Dad exchanged glances and said 'okay, so you do it better..' followed by 'die quietly! Elsewhere!'
