Dear God. Just seen the new Britney/Madonna vid courtesy of
popfantastic, and it's so very slashtastic... Oooo.
Also to recommend, Laura Shapiro's Due South Frannie vid. And her multi-fandom 'Wouldn't it be Nice', which is fucking hysterical. You'll need to mail her for the password, but it's so worth it.
I. Um. Besides the two corset-ish tops I bought last year, and the denim top-thingies from the year before, in the space of about a week I've just bought three corsets. :glares in the direction of Pilot and Bay Trading: I have no idea when I'll wear all these. I really don't go out enough. Though you know how shops give certain lines names? Bay Trading is amusing. At the moment, in evening wear, they have Silver Screen Siren, which are glamourous, swishy things, reminiscent of the forties and oscar night, and on the other... Guinevere's Nights. Which the corset and some of the more structured stuff belongs to, as well as one adorable chainmail-style overlay camisole. Cue me giggling and going 'But I see no woad! Or leather nipple-belts! Or anything remotely 4th century or Romano-Celtic!' Note that seeing Kiera Knightley in battle gear has finally resolved my tattoo dilemmas. It's going to have to be celtic of some sort.
Though am seriously pouting because I either misread the Warner Village website, or it lies like a dog. Kill Bill was not on at the times it said it was going to be. Bugger. Shall have to see it later in the week.
And now I'm going to go play with Fimo.
