Granny Hanson just died. Mum's mum. She'd been sick for a while, and as far as we can tell, started losing the will to live as her body gave up on her - she'd gone into hospital again three weeks ago, and did such a sharp downturn over the weekend that mum was thinking she wasn't going to last til the weekend. It was just getting too painful, and only ten minutes ago they were talking about moving her to a hospice, which is basically designed to let you die with as little pain as possible. Bugger. But at least we'd been expecting it. It looks like it just all got on top of her, and the drugs this morning were one more thing.
