burntcopperAm of course, insane. Am fitter than I thought, though, since managed to do 18 + 10 mins without too much difficulty. (for those who've never seen this, the 10 is the bit on the way back before I collapse, wheezing and have to start walking for the cool down period)
Treated self to bath. Am now going to go see Dawn of the Dead and buy reams of fabric. Also bras and comics.
