I know he doesn't count under those parameters, but I'd still vote for Adam Baldwin. If it absolutely has to be a younger actor, then Ryan McPartlin out of 'Chuck' has the right buffed up physicality. Doing both on the before and the after Steve screen is going to be tricky.
