sadly, no - Tim Roth on a ship + piano, from what I remember of the poster.
:cough: anyhoo. the actual fic will probably bear bugger all passing resemblance to accuracy, but here goes for the first few things.
Valets : basic run-down of day-to-day duties? Oh, and time of getting up/going to bed - broadly similar to what's laid out in The Edwardian Country House or would there be major changes post-WWI?
Visiting valets (those accompanying visitors) : How much would said duties change from the normal ones?
Number of staff for a fairly large Edwardian manor (home counties - Berkshire/Oxfordshire/Kent), and conversely, a much smaller one built a few centuries earlier (which has been wired for electrics and plumbing).
...and now I have to find accounts of shipwrecks and lifeboats. And transport between Cornwall and the home counties, train vs. car. :mutter: this would be so much easier if I had access to a library rather than relying on google-fu.
