Alas and alack! I would expand on this a bit... this all happened in Claremont's current run on Uncanny X-Men, when he brought back Captain Britain and Meggan, and also Brian's brother Jamie... it seems he has written Meggan out in a big "ohmigod she's sacrificing herself in order to save the multiverse!" bit... so, currently missing presumed dead. But hey, this is comicdom we're talking about!...
