In continuation of the 'Happy fertility day' from previous, I have decided to put in such things as definitions. First started at Guides when Toad asked me wat easter was about. Foolish woman. Me : 'Easter comes from the goddess of the spring who was called Eostre -' Toad : 'er, no, thankyou, Jo, you try?' and getting rankled at 'think of the real meaning of Christmas.' implorings, so answering statements for such stupid questions :
'What about the real meaning of Christmas?'
'...Let's feast and make merry because the sun's coming back and we're hoping we'll make it through the rest of the winter?'
'I meant Christ's birth!'
'The Romans didn't tax people in the dead of winter.'
