the masseur tells me so. he spent a lot of time telling me that coffee was evil and the spawn of the devil and went bug-eyed when i told him my usual is 3-7 cups a day. (seriously, tiny little spanish/portugese guy almost waving his hands about) And yes, once again I was standing there sheepishly admitting that 99% of my muscle pain/tension is self-inflicted.

:holds up the mea culpa sign:

I don't sleep enough, I keep reverting to bad posture when at the computer (though I have good posture most of the rest of the time), I work in an environment that's stressful, and I have a co-dependent relationship with the coffee pot when at work.

After the massage, he begged me to go drink tea. Several times.

Massage? mmmm. Though faintly amused by him tentatively asking me to take my top off and then blink a lot when I asked if I needed to take my bra off and then taking it off *anyway*. I keep forgetting that other people haven't in their time a) done the artist modelling thing; b) been a seamstress/costumer and c) wear as little clothing as possible due to slightly whacked body temperature, so the *sensible option* is 'when in doubt, show a much skin as possible'.

sadly, as people might tell you, I only started drinking coffee when I started at this job - and I only drink it at work for the most part. Can't be blamed for my other behaviour.
