improving office morale, #253

I think it should be a rule that there should be at least one rugby player in every office to improve the morale of all the staff who fancy men.

ETA : does anyone know who comes up bigger on average, rugby players or american football players? Having never seen an american football player standing next to a rugby player, I've no idea how muscled you need to be to play at professional level.

*raises hand* May I request one tallish, skinnyish, nerdlike but non creepy gentleman, to raise the moral of those who really do not fancy rugby players?

oh, those are easy to find. We have several. footballers, cricketers and basketball players are also easy to find in your average office. rugby players... not so much.

Geez. There's no suitable tallish skinnyish nerds in MY office. Borrow some?

I'd guess... football players. Rugby players seem more compact to me. American footballers are just huge, generally.

do we know of any studies that show average muscle mass and neck/shoulder/thigh measurements? they've done that for the six nations as stats.
(rugby players *look* compact until you get up close)

No, just personal observation. *innocent* Also, I have some idea that US footballers are really TALL. :)

I don't know if it's any help to you in your quest for comparisons, but I stood next to Laurence Dallaglio in the queue at a Chinese takeaway once, and it was like standing next to a wall.

I nearly got knocked off my feet twice by JPR Williams in his registrar period. He was a skinny weed with shoulders [GGG].

I love rugger shoulders [drools]. Rugby family :-).

Saw Barry John play - compact. Merv the Swerv - now that's more like it. Chunky, many and gorgeous [GGG].

All in favour of boycandy. We do have one boy in our office who might very well fit the job but he has a tendency to wear clothes that don't show off muscles.

Poot!
