GAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH.

Couldn't you be two weeks earlier? During the Falmouth Oyster Festival? It's £37.50 just for a *single* ticket to Truro. It takes 4 bloody hours to get there from *Reading*. And I'm someone who's lucky enough to have free accomodation in that area, unless you're insane enough to get the sleeper back.

And for those insane enough to think of going down - yes, the Magnets are fucking fantastic live. Also eeevil.

ETA : I AM WEAK.

Well of course I'm going! I just tend to book tickets first and worry about piffling details such as transport and hotels later!

hey, question - do you know how many people would be requiring accommodation? I almost certainly have flat space in falmouth - one double, two singles, and a set of large cushions. It's about £20 taxi ride/check the buses and would thus be cheaper than a hotel. trains and buses from falmouth in the morning to truro.

(yes, i'm weak and now need to book train...)

I rather suspect that my lot would prefer to stay in a nice hotel and make a bit of a weekend of it but I'll ask.

I mentioned it, all my office lot went 'weekend!' so I can now foresee a rather lazy weekend around Falmouth. possibly with an enforced ferry trip or something.

Finally something that's happening in my county! Complete opposite end of course but this must be the nearest he's ever come to my home!

Looking forward to it already :)
