Augh! will someone who has access to the Narnia novels tell me how long it is between the Lion, Witch and Wardrobe and Prince Caspian? Because my brain insists it's only a year or so, and in that case, how could they bloody well be on their way to school if they'd been evacuated to the countryside only a year before?
C.S. Lewis, get your sodding facts straight. You're impeding my 'Edmund being gay and dealing with it in the normal world' plotbunnies, not to mention that these kids are basically adults in younger bodies post LWW - they grew up, ruled, had sex lives, etc etc in Narnia and as has been pointed out, they didn't suddenly lose all those memories when they fell back into this world. Maybe the hormones weren't the same, but we're still talking mini adults here with their belief and values systems shaped by a different society from that of 40s England.
