(jogging - 15 + 2 mins)
Have started jogging again. This time as soon as I get up, (though it took half an hour to convince self to get up this time) cos jogging's apparently basically just a calorie/fat burner, so best to do it with nothing inside you. The wobbly bits on the bum and thighs started protesting as they didn't like beng jiggled about so much, but were soon ignored. Didn't make such a disgrace of myself as I did the first time I did this back in October, wasn't really that much out of breath but was taking it easy....
