Just watched last 3 eps of Kings. US peeps, any chance've storming the NBC offices and demanding a new season? Because okay, that was a good place to end it when you're getting cancelled, but it still bloody reads like a '...to be continued next season'. Half the characters are left on a 'well, this is just happened, don't you want to know what happens next?'

I remember when you were cute and perky, not possessed of the ability to make people's skin crawl from an ocean away. Rev. Samuels, awesome and completely dignified even when torn apart by doubt. Bringing the gravitas. Michelle, I get you're being torn apart and trying to hold it together, but...you're just not that interesting. maybe with a better actress who can do more than three expressions? David, you're being noble and depressed and patriotic and gaining and handling a very nice line in judgemental very well. :pats on head: Are we sure we can't persuade you to do some more wielding of power and ruthlessness? (course, if the series continued, we could. :sigh: And I'd be really interested to see how the series would handle the whole Bathsheba bit if it had ever kept going that long, but that would be several years down the line.
