application grumbling

Gah. There should be rules against 'explain why you want this job and how you would be an asset to the company' sections on application forms. You're never allowed to put 'because I like living and want the money ina job that doesn't drive me crazy'.

It's an press office assistant job for the food standards agency! I want it because I believe I can do it and I'd be good at it! It's not saving the bloody universe!

i always write, 'because i need money' in those little boxes. on every application.

I hate those parts of the application forms too. There was a similar type of thing on the UCAS form and I remember it taking me days to figure out what to write!
