parents back, and of course practically the first thing they did was find fault with things I didn't do - like put the filter into the water jug. Mum pointed out to dad that this was because 'Heather never uses it'. :sigh: freedom over.

Have done cutting and pinning and tacking etc of material for costume bits. According to Mum the sewing machine's gone a bit wonky, so I'll have to ask neighbours to borrow theirs.
