6.2 You hereby grant to CafePress.com a royalty-free, worldwide, nonexclusive, right and license to use the trademarks, trade names, designs, logos and other images that you upload to your image basket in connection with your use of the CafePress.com Service ("Party Marks"). If you or CafePress.com terminate your account, CafePress.com will cease its use of the Party Marks within 90 days of the termination.

yeah, just letting people know about it, as I know a lot of people wouldn't read the new TOS on the site.

I wouldn't panic too much. I'm pretty sure that they need to include something like that, or else they won't actually be able to make the t-shirts etc, because they won't have a license to. So all this is saying is that you are granting them a license to make stuff with your images etc on it (which of course they need to make the stuff you're selling), and that they don't have to pay you any money for the right to do that, and that you can license anyone else you like to use the same images.

And they do say that they will cease within 90 days if you decide to terminate your account - this gives them plenty of time to complete any outstanding orders.

That's the way I'm reading it anyway :) In short, if you didn't agree to this, they wouldn't be able to sell anything with your logos etc on on your behalf.
