Just discovered something about the job, or rather, thoughts. I lost weight due to being on my feet all day while at Thorntons. (nothing quite so embarassing as buying new, slimmer trousers and then six weeks later having to get braces to hold them up) Virgin Megastore, I've found, is merely that combined with a step class. The amount of times I've had to go up and down the stairs between floors today, not to mention up and down to the stockroom, which is the floor above, has resulted in me actually feeling it in my bum and thighs several hours later.
