Haven't made a mention of the fact that tis Xmas tomorrow. Am feeling christmassy. Have been singing to lots of The Pogues' Fairytale in New York at work (the DJs on VMR like it) and other stuff, but am somewhat relieved that I don't have to wear the reindeer horns anymore. It was completely voluntary, and I loved them, but the last couple of days, every time I came off duty, they came straight off. Many people who made Rudolph comments have been educated to the fact that only female reindeer have antlers over Christmas. Am scared of people who come in at 8am on the dot, Christmas Eve, to do their shopping. Christ. 8am? 9am or 10am I could take, but 8am? We were only up because we were forced to start work.

Tomorrow we have the Indians coming from mum's work (Prudential) as they have nowhere else to go today (they're over helping install the new system) and she invited them. Hindus, veggies... there were going to be Muslims but they pulled out. Deciding on dinner was a nightmare. Will be most odd sharing dinner, which is always an odd affair on the day, terribly stilted and normally with one person ill, as the only other persons I've ever shared dinner with at christmas are extended family. And I've got a lot of that. Strangers. On Christmas Day. Meep. Still, sulking as we don't get beef wellington.
