Feb. 1st, 2003 07:10 pmKatie's staying for the weekend til Tuesday - got interview on Monday in London for an internship programme in New York. Last night, DVDs - Legally Blonde and A Knight's Tale, where she learnt to appreciate the cult of Paul Bettany and his nekkidness, and both of us threw things at the screen or yelled 'bugger off' whenever the the hero and heroine came on. Will's right. She is a silly little girl. Today we window shopped til we dropped.
1. As a child, who was your favorite superhero/heroine? Why?
Batman and Catwoman. Always has been, always will, of the US ones. Here we didn't have superheroes, comics were either war, school, sci-fi or other strange stuff - So... Minnie the Minx, Charlie from Charlie's War and Ivy the Terrible.
2. What was one thing you always wanted as a child but never got?
A pony!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I was the living embodiment of the Thelwell cartoons as a child. Seriously. I was utterly pony-mad as a kid.)
3. What's the furthest from home you've been?
LA. I can't really say Bali or the Gilbert and Ellis Islands, because at the the time, I called Indonesia home....
4. What's one thing you've always wanted to learn but haven't yet?
Languages. Any of them. Archery and swordfighting.
5. What are your plans for the weekend?
DVD watching, window shopping, going to see a band and going to see Chicago.
