having to really kick myself to write nano at the moment - went to doctors' at lunch for blood pressure re-taking, which has gone and settled down to acceptable levels, apparently. Don't know if it's less pain or lack of pill. Who knows. Was nearly late as had set alarm for 10:30, woke up, hit alarm, then woke up at 11:45. Fortunately skidded into doctors at two minutes to, then turned out they were all running late as it was.
