Nanowrimo? Hah.
Nov. 24th, 2010 01:58 pmYes, that cackling you may have heard at midnight last night was me making word count my bitch.
Passed 50k at midnight as far as I can tell, total is currently 50,353.
Still got one chapter to go - the heist in which the Russian MI-13 hires the thief through a London gangster firm to lessen the chances of it being traced back to them. Because the Russian Embassy in London has been gifted a rather nice objet d'art which is just a tad dodgy and it would look a bit embarrassing and cause somewhat of a spat between the Russian agencies if their MI-13 publicly took it.
So, they're going to put on a tango show-off demonstration at the upcoming gala as a distraction while the rest of the thief team deactivates alarms and so on, then sets off the fire alarm so that in the confusion the thief can nick it.
Just updated the word count thingy on the nanowrimo site, and realised I don't have a title. whoops.
