Currently writing job applications. Getting very, very sick of this, but have slight hopes for the one I just wrote off for as I'm bloody well qualified for it. :kicks Reading town centre: Advertise for retail jobs, you bastards! I want work!

Have made decision re: costume for Partycon next week. If I can't find a decent pair of overalls at Halfords tomorrow, I'm either Black Canary-ing it, or doing the new improved version of Jenny Sparks, where the trews are now white and the vest reaches the waistline.

Tearing hair out over the chopping and changing and last minute plans for Cornwall. Can they not make up their minds?

... to elaborate, as far as I'm aware the only changes have been what we talked about yesterday, with me not being able to drive and Char coming too. Apart from the space thing, that doesn't affect you, does it? We're still picking you up and dropping you off at the same time.

If there's something you don't like then you need to shout right now, cos this is sposed to be a break for all of us.

(FYI - we're getting the train to Leicester on the way down and Char is collecting us from there; Char is driving us all the way back to Hull on the return. We're picking you up and dropping you off exactly as before. Should get to you early afternoon on Saturday, traffic permitting.)
