Stupid things to do....
Dec. 10th, 2003 07:17 pmLose keys the night before. Discover their absence at 5:30. Work self into tizzy over it, searching work, Sainsburys and M&S for them. Spend evening in funk because loss of keys means can't unchain bike from work and thus can't use.
Next morning. Get bus in, go out to check I hadn't dropped something out there this morning, check on bike to see if can figure out serial number of lock to see if I can get a replacement key, and.... keys are still in the lock. Admittedly, they'd slipped behind the guttering, which is why I didn't see them the night before, but D'oh! is all I think can be said at this point...
Hrrm. Have purchased the collected edition of the DVDs of the 80s BBC Narnia adaptation. Now... the question is, do I quiz friend to see if she wants them for xmas, or keep them for myself?

Date: 2003-12-11 04:23 am (UTC)I loved them when they were on.
I'd already read all the books & I thought they did a very good job of bringing them to life.
Definately keep it for yourself ;)
