Hah! Yes! Fear me! Have made first costume from scratch from pattern ever! (not including Home Ec class when I was 12) Admittedly it's possibly one of the most simple ones you could do, a one-sleeved shift dress with elastic at the top and waist, but still, ego boost! I can do this! Wheee! Unfortunately, now I've made it, my brain is eyeing up a completely different idea for that night.

:cuddles her new, shiny, Janome 1580 that doesn't weigh a tonne unlike the 1920s Singer. It even has automatic buttonhole sewing. It could only be better if it came in something other than white. Why can't we have shiny silver sewing machines?:

And in other news, on Radio One, they reported the news that Justin Timberlake is going to be in an indie film. Dave Pierce asked the nation what sort of roles they'd like to see him in, then turned round asked his producer Sarah what she'd like to see him in.

Her answer? Boy on boy porn.

I think we love his producer. Ten minutes later, they came back with some of the phone-in opinions, and it seems there's a large contingent of the listeners who wouldn't mind this at all. :very, very large snerk:

:grins inanely: Unfortunately, no digital camera this end (at least not til end of Feb), but is Ming going to yours for fitting on sunday? I could invade yours again.
