ebay obsessiveness
Apr. 17th, 2004 08:03 pmThere's nothing that tells you how obsessive you are about something (and how many times you've seen something snatched from under your nose by five pence) like being on your my ebay page, watching it like a hawk, and hitting 'refresh' every ten seconds in the last three minutes. Good thing I did - someone outbid me by fifty pence on the third minute. But now, Master and Commander is mine, all mine....
The lengths I go to to get my dvds cheaper than elsewhere. Me flicking between play.com and the item page to see if it summed up as cheaper once postage was added. Mind you, have seen utter classics of people paying about 6 quid more than play.com were charging, and that's without the postage the ebay person was adding...
Ebay is evil. And so are its suede trousers.
